Partija is an online card game. We keep the data we need to run your account and keep games fair, and nothing more. We do not sell your data.
What we store
- Account: username, avatar, friend code, rating, XP, cosmetic progress, statistics and achievements, plus archived legacy balances. With Sign in with Apple or Google we store the anonymous user identifier Apple or Google gives us. If you set a password we store only a salted hash.
- Device: a random identifier created by the app. We keep only a hash of it, to protect guest accounts and to stop multi-accounting and progression abuse.
- Games: the moves of every game, reaction times and results, to settle games, show your history and detect cheating.
- Social: friends, blocks, game invites, messages and table chat you send, and reports you file.
- Historical purchases: for previously sold coin packs we retain the App Store or Google Play order id, product and date. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details.
- Technical: the IP address of requests, kept with your device record for fraud prevention.
Retired purchases and advertising
Coin purchases and rewarded advertising are retired in the free-play release. The app does not request advertising tracking permission or load rewarded ads. Historical purchase records may remain for refund and accounting obligations.
Usage analytics
We record authenticated client activity in five-minute account buckets, game lifecycle and participation records, disconnect/surrender events, and aggregate backend error counts. Client platform and app version are included when supplied. Reporting uses Europe/Zagreb day boundaries and stores timestamps in UTC. Analytics does not collect message contents, precise location or new device identifiers. Only authorized administrators can access aggregate reports. Activity and backend error buckets are deleted after 90 days; existing account and game-history retention continues as described below. Activity records are removed on account deletion.
Why we use it
To run the game and your account, to keep games fair (anti-cheat and fraud prevention), to moderate abuse and to fix problems. We use this data to provide the service and support our legitimate interests in security, fair play and improving the app.
Who can see what
Other players see your username, avatar, rating and, unless you turn it off, your online status. We use hosting providers in the EU. Apple and Google process historical purchase and refund records in their stores. Nobody else receives your data.
Keeping and deleting
You can delete your account any time in Settings (how: delete your account). We then remove your username, credentials, device links, friends, messages, archived legacy balances, XP, cosmetic progress, achievements and social data. Game and tournament records may remain under a deleted account label so other players' statistics stay correct; we clear stored IP and device details from your game participation. Records about serious cheating can be kept for up to 12 months. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
